Objectives

MBSQ Maintenance Division (Engineering Services Division) is committed to serve & facilitate the office staff quarters residents by providing prevailing construction & maintenance techniques/procedures to the full satisfaction of the users & also as per the prevailing guidelines of CPWD Manual / Specification / GFR.

CRRI Staff Colony, Maharani Bagh, New Delhi-110065 (MBSQ)

The CSIR-CRRI Residential Campus is located at CV Raman Marg near Women’s Polytechnic at Maharani Bagh, New Delhi. The land area of the said Campus is about 30.29 Acre. It consists of the following Buildings Blocks/Bungalows/Parks etc:

CRRI Staff Colony, Mathura Road adjacent to Institute Campus, New Delhi-110025 (MRSQ)

The CSIR-CRRI Residential Campus is located at Mathura Road near Institute’s office premises at Mathura Road, New Delhi. It consists of the following Buildings Blocks/Hostels:

Infrastructure and Facilities (24x7):

Water supply, Electricity supply (including the flats/quarters of the colonies), DG Sets (125 kVA & 40 kVA), Fire Fighting and Lifts arrangements in Multi story building, Boom Barrier system on the gates of colony, Noise Barrier System over boundary wall towards C.V. Raman Marg, Waste Management System through M/s DDSIL, Piped Network Gas system of IGL, CCTV Camera’s installed at various locations of the colony, Open Gym and Badminton Courts have been provided in the colony.
